Katsuya Century City Debuts Festive Holiday Menu for December Dining
12.18.25
Katsuya Century City is stepping into the holiday season with a limited-time menu that feels tailor-made for festive nights out, from post-shopping dinners to Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve celebrations.
Fresh off its July 2025 reimagining, the iconic Japanese dining brand has entered a new era at Westfield Century City, blending the warmth longtime guests love with a modern, design-forward energy. Nearly 20 years after redefining Los Angeles’ approach to contemporary Japanese cuisine, Katsuya’s refreshed flagship pairs a re-envisioned menu with a striking Rockwell Group-designed space that balances Japanese craftsmanship with a clean, minimalist aesthetic.
From December 8 through December 31, Katsuya Century City is offering holiday specials that elevate the season with rich flavors and celebratory flair:
• Smoked Duck Breast Nabe Udon with lotus root and shiitake mushrooms
• Spicy Lobster Miso Soup
• Surf & Turf Roll with seared wagyu sashimi, shrimp tempura, snow crab, avocado, truffle ponzu, myoga, and shiso
• Strawberry Yuzu French 75 with fresh strawberries, yuzu, vodka, and Champagne or Prosecco
Located in the heart of one of Los Angeles’ most vibrant shopping and dining destinations, Katsuya Century City is an easy choice for holiday dining roundups over the next few weeks. It is a place where legacy meets what’s next, and where a festive meal feels right at home in one of LA’s most enduring restaurant brands.
